User management

View and manage all registered users on the platform

View and manage all registered users on the platform, including their roles, quota, groups, and account status. Sign in with an admin account and click “User management” in the left navigation, or go directly to `/console/user`. The web console list page matches the reference design and is still being integrated.

Edit a user

Open the edit dialog

  1. Click “Edit” on a row in the user list
  2. Or call GET /api/user/{id} to fetch the details and open the form
  3. To create a user, click “Add user”, which calls POST /api/user

Update user details

The dialog lets you change the following fields:

FieldDescription
nickname · Display nameUser nickname shown in the list and profile
username · UsernameSign-in name; can be changed after creation but must stay unique
password · PasswordRequired for new users; leave empty when editing to keep it unchanged
role · RoleStandard user / Admin / Super admin
group · GroupFor example default, vip, or test
quota · QuotaTotal quota limit of the account; combine with used quota to see the remaining amount
remark · RemarkNote visible to admins only

The row actions “Promote / Demote” change role, and “Disable / Enable” toggles status; both can also be performed via POST /api/user/{id}/action.

Save changes

  • Edit an existing user: click “Save” to call PUT /api/user/{id}
  • Create a new user: enter a username and initial password, then call POST /api/user
  • Delete a user: DELETE /api/user/{id} (irreversible, proceed with caution)
  • Root can reset a user’s 2FA with DELETE /api/user/{id}/2fa and Passkey with DELETE /api/user/{id}/reset_passkey

Search users

Use search

  • Search by user ID, username, or display name (nickname) keyword
  • Filter by group from the drop-down to show only users in that group

View search results

  • Click “Search” to call GET /api/users?keyword=; “Reset” clears the filters and restores the default list
  • The list supports pagination; “Refresh” reloads it from GET /api/user/

The list is returned page by page from GET /api/users; adding the keyword parameter performs a search.
