Cursor

Configure Cursor with your EasyAPI API key and base URL to access every supported model through the EasyAPI relay.

Prerequisites

  • Cursor installed (https://cursor.com)
  • An EasyAPI API token (API Key) created in the EasyAPI console

Step 1: Open Cursor Settings

Click the top-right menu → Settings.

Step 2: Open Models Settings

Select Models in the left navigation and locate the OpenAI API configuration area.

On some versions the path is Settings → Cursor Settings → Models.

Step 3: Fill in EasyAPI Key and Base URL

Replace the OpenAI API Key with your EasyAPI token; enable Override OpenAI Base URL and enter the site API address (must include the /v1 suffix).

Step 4: Select a Model and Start

In the chat panel or Composer, select an integrated model (e.g. gpt-4o, claude-3-5-sonnet) to call it through the EasyAPI relay.

Verification

  • Start a conversation in Cursor and confirm you receive a reply
  • A matching request appears in EasyAPI console under Usage Records
